I just finished my first semester of college. I am really enjoying my nursing classes. Planning to get some singing performances on my schedule soon. I needed to take a break to concentrate on school ... I have to keep my grades up. Hope everyone has a great and safe holiday. Check back in 2010 to check my schedule.

We had a great time performing during the Marine Corps Marathon yesterday. Thanks to everyone that came out to show their support. Currently working on upcoming performances so please check back later for additional performance dates.
Marine Corp Marathon 10/20/2009
This Sunday, October 25th my band and I will be performing during the Marine Corp Marathon. Our stage will be set up at Mile 19 - 20 ... located at 12th and Jefferson Street S.W. in Washington, DC. We will be performing from 8:45am - 1:15pm. I am also performing the National Anthem before the race. Hope to see you there!!

I had a great time performing the National Anthem at the Run Stock race in Quantico, VA. It always amazes me how many people participate in this event ... adults and kids. ;o)
I have been traveling alot this summer .. visiting family and friends. Hard to believe that I start college next week. Looking forward to it!!

Thrilled to report that I graduated high school last week. I can't believe it!! I plan to spend the summer working, performing, and spending time with family and friends. Keep checking back to see what I'm up too.

Graduation is on FRIDAY!! I can't believe that this is my last week of high school. I'm looking forward to summer break and then starting college in the Fall. Thanks again for everyone's love and support!

Hello everyone .. sorry for the delay in updating my blog. I have been swamped with school work and preparing for GRADUATION. I can't believe that I graduate in 2 weeks. I am hoping to increase my performance schedule once graduation ... and a vacation .. are over. ;o) Thanks again for your support!!
Buckhall Fundraiser 04/23/2009
I am performing Saturday night for a Buckhall United Methodist Church fundraiser. The church youth group is raising money for our MISSION TRIP to Hurricane, WV this summer. There are 33 youth and adults going on the trip this year ... including me and my mom. We will be repairing homes for needy families.
The Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction fundraiser is being held at the Buckhall Fire Department in Manassas, VA on Yates Ford Road. The kitchen starts serving dinner at 5:00pm. Hope you can attend!!!

I was recently asked to perform the National Anthem for the Marine Corps Marathon and the Marine Corps Runstock race. This is such an honor ... I'm really excited. Its a great opportunity for me to show my support for our troops. I am really looking forward to both events.

I am really looking forward to performing the National Anthem this weekend at the MONSTER JAM show in Charlottesville, VA. This is my 3rd year peforming for them. I was honored to be asked to perform Friday and Saturday night. My family is going with me on Friday night and a group of friends are going with me on Saturday. Its going to be alot of fun!!

I had a great time on my ski trip to Canada. It was my first time skiing and I actually did pretty well. I just completed my final exams at school ... I am now ready to start adding more performances to my calendar.

I was scheduled to perform this weekend at George Mason but I had to cancel it because the school ski trip to Canada was moved up to this weekend. I am leaving for Canada on Friday!! I have never skied before so please keep me in your prayers. ;o) I'll write more about my trip when I return.

Due to the holidays, things have been pretty crazy the past couple weeks. I have been spending alot of time with family and friends. This past weekend, I performed the National Anthem for the National BMX Championship in Lexington, VA. It was hard to believe how far people traveled to participate .. Florida and California. Several of my family members went with us which made it a VERY enjoyable day.

This Saturday I am honored to be performing again for the Starlight Starbright Holiday Party. I really enjoy spending time with all the children and watching them dance while I sing. Its amazing to see the children with such positive attitudes and BIG smiles on their faces. If you are not familiar with the Starlight Starbright foundation, please "google" the foundation and find out ways to offer your support.

I want to say "THANK YOU" to all my family and friends that come out to watch the "MADRIGAL FEASTE". It was a three day event ... and ALOT of fun. We put in alot of time and effort into making the musical a huge success ... it really paid off.

I am really looking forward to this weekend. I am performing in the Madrigal Feaste (a High School Musical). We have been working very hard and alot of tickets have been sold. Alot of family and friends are attending and I reall appreciate their support.

This weekend I perform the National Anthem at George Mason University for a mens' soccer game at 7:00pm. GMU is playing UNC so it should be an awesome game. Would love to see you there!!

I had a weekend to remember. Several of my family members flew into town to see my performances this past weekend. I enjoyed performing at Crockett Park Saturday. It was really nice to see several of the entertainers that performed at Monroe Park a few weeks ago again. My band and I performed at Clifton Day on Sunday. Had a great turn out. It was wonderful having so many family members and friends there. We also enjoyed hearing the other bands play and making new friends.

This past weekend was incredible. I had alot of family and friends come out to show their support at the Manassas Jubilee. Its always so nice to see friendly faces in the audience. ;o) I performed Sunday night for the Washington Capitals and it was amazing! The crowd was huge and very spirted! I took my younger brother with me and he is now "hooked" on hockey.
This weekend is also busy. Would love to see everyone at one of my events ... Saturday at Crockett Park in Midland, VA or at Clifton Day in downtown Clifton, VA. Please review my schedule for more information.

Another event filled weekend is ahead. I perform Saturday at the Manassas Jubilee from 4:00 - 4:45pm . The stage will be set up in the BB&T parking lot in downtown Manassas. I perform the National Anthem Sunday at 5:00pm for the Washington Capitals. I am really looking forward to watching the hockey game. I have a couple weeks between shows so I have been enjoying spending time with family and friends. School has started so I am really excited about my Senior year. This past weekend was incredible. I sang the National Anthem for the BMX State Qualifiers event on Saturday. I had not attended a BMX event before so I was amazed with the turn out and the professionalism of all the particiants. I have been asked to perform again in the near future and I am really looking forward to it. On Saturday, I also performed at the Goldvein Jubilee. Everyone was so nice and very supportive. I really joined listening to the other entertainment at the Jubilee. It was nice to see so many talented people at one festival.

The Twilight Polo match was cancelled due to bad weather. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to watching my first polo match. Sunday night I performed the National Anthem for a University of Maryland Men's soccer game. I always enjoy performing at the University of Maryland. The staff and the players are always very sweet and supportive.
This upcoming weekend is going to be alot of fun. Saturday is going to be a very busy day. I perform the National Anthem at 1:00 for the BMX State Qualifier match in Woodbridge, VA. I am really looking forward to watching the races. I also perform at the Goldvein Festival at 4:00 and at 5:30. I will be performing songs from my CD and also a few of my favorite songs by other artists. Hope to see you there!

I am really looking forward to performing at the Twilight Polo match Saturday night. My family owns horses so I love being around them and seeing the horses in action. I am praying that the event doesn't get cancelled due to bad weather. Sunday night I am performing the National Anthem for a University of Maryland Soccer game. I am sure they will have a great turn out.

Tonight I am performing tonight at the Warsaw (Richmond) County Fair. I'm really looking forward to it. I had a great time there last year and they had an awesome turn out. Saturday I am performing the National Anthem at a Marine Corps "mini" Marathon .. its amazing to see all the runners ... young and old!! Very Impressive!!

This past weekend I performed at the Food Lion Summer Blast in Roanoke, VA. This event was extra special because my family and friends from Pulaski, VA were able to come see me perform for the first time. It was alot of fun having them there. Next week I perform at the Warsaw (Richmond) County Fair. I performed there last year too so I was honored to be asked to perform again.

This week is going to be VERY busy ... understatement!! I am performing three days at the Albemarle County Fair (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday) and then in Lexington, VA for the 4-H Regional Championship. I am looking forward to seeing friends I made last year at the Albemarle County Fair. The 4-H show will be alot fun too. My family owns horses and I ride as often as I can. I was honored to perform the National Anthem at the Signal Hill Celebration on July 4th. Luckily the rain held out. Saturday was my 17th birthday. I spent the day with family and friends. It was a GREAT weekend.

This past weekend was incredible. I performed Friday night for the Washington Mystics. It was a great crowd and the Mystics staff was great to work with. Saturday was the "MOTORFEST" event. I am very proud to say that my band and I "ROCKED"!!! It was amazing having the live band behind me. I can't wait to play with them again. Thanks to all my family and friends who came out to show their support. Its really appreciated. Please continue to check my website ... I am really looking forward to this weekend. I am performing the National Anthem for the Washington Mystics on Friday night (7:00pm). On Saturday, my band and I are performing at the "MOTORFEST" event in Manassas, VA. Its an all day event with live entertainment playing from 11:00 - 7:00pm. I perform at 5:00pm. I want to thank the Starlight Starbright Foundation and the Childrens Care Connection for giving me the opportunity to perform this past weekend at one of their events for children. It was really nice to see so many volunteers and smiles on the kids faces. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

This past weekend was really busy. I had the honor of performing Saturday in Williamsburg, VA for the opening season of Little League Baseball. There were over 1000 little players on the field .... it was an incredible sight. All of them were very excited and "ready to play ball". On Sunday, I performed the National Anthem at a UVA baseball game. It poured down rain the whole way there and we thought that the game might have to be canceled. Once we arrived a few miles from the baseball stadium the rain stopped ... God must love baseball too. It was a busy weekend .... but we had alot of fun!!

This past weekend was a blast. I performed at a UVA Baseball game and for a Professional Bull Riding event in Charlottesville, VA. I was thrilled to be able to spend the day with friends from Chicago that came to hear me sing. It was their first time hearing me perform "live". It was a VERY memorable weekend!!

We had a great time this past weekend at the Pro Volleyball game. It was amazing to see passion the players had for the game. The fans were fired up and the excitement filled the stadium throughout the whole event.
On Sunday I volunteered again for the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation. I performed during a Valentine's Day party for the children at Children's Hospital in Washington, DC. The children were so excited to have the opportunity to get out of their hospital rooms for a little while. Spending the day with the kids really makes you realize how lucky you are and makes you realize that its important to live life to the fullest. It really is a life changing moment to meet and spend time with all the children. I can't wait to do it again. ;o)

I am really looking forward to this upcoming weekend. Saturday night I am performing the National Anthem for a Professional Beach Volleyball Tournament in Charlottesville, VA. I was thrilled to receive another call from the STARLIGHT STARBRIGHT foundation regarding having another opportunity to perform for children. On Sunday I am performing songs from my CD for a Valentine's Day party at Children's Hospital in Washington DC. It is such an honor to be asked to perform at these types of events. I can't wait to spend time with all the kids.

I performed this past weekend at the University of Richmond. I enjoy performing there because the crowd is so enthusiactic. My mom and I had a great time together.
My next events are the Pro Volleyball Tournament and performing for a charity event at Children's Hospital. I am really looking forward to both of those events. I'll write more as the dates get closer. ;o)

Last weekend I performed for the Starlight Starbright foundation at INOVA hospital in Fairfax, VA. It was an amazing experience and I loved every minute of it. I was able to spend alot of time with the kids doing crafts and talking about their holiday plans. I am really looking forward to seeing them again at future events.

We were on the move this past weekend. Friday night I performed for the Manassas Holiday Festival. There was a great crowd and alot of friends came to watch me sing. Everyone was in the holiday spirit watching the ice skaters and waiting for Santa. Saturday morning my mom and I headed to VA TECH. I performed the National Anthem at the Mens basketball game Saturday night and the Womens basketball game on Sunday. The VA TECH fans were awesome to watch .... full of school spirit .... I hope to have the opportunity to perform there again.

I was honored when asked to perform for the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation. For more than two decades, Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life for children with serious medical conditions by providing entertainment, education and family activities that help them cope with the pain, fear and isolation of prolonged illness. I will be performing for the children and staff at INOVA hospital on Saturday, December 15th.

This weekend is going to be really exciting. I am performing Friday night (Nov 30th) in downtown Manassas for the Holiday Festival. I will be singing at 5:30pm in front of the train station, waiting the arrival of Santa Claus. On Saturday (Dec 1st) and Sunday (Dec 2nd), I will be performing the National Anthem at VA TECH for 2 basketball games. Game time on Saturday is at 7:00pm and game time on Sunday is at 2:00pm.

I am currently preparing for the Manassas Holiday Festival scheduled for Friday, Nov 30th. I am scheduled to perform a selection of my favorite Christmas songs. Marine Corps Marathon 11/02/2007
I was very honored to be asked to perform the National Anthem at the Marine Corps Marathon this past Sunday. I had not attended a marathon before so I was VERY impressed with the turnout and everyone showing their support for the runners. It was an amazing day and something I will always remember.
